EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you are dissapointed in the product you can return your item for a Genevieves Credit.  The credit will be issued for the product,  less any shipping charges. This credit will be valid for 12 months from date of issue  and can be used to purchase any item from Genevieves.  

We check all items prior to dispatch and are very careful to ensure your goods arrive in one piece, however if your order arrives  damaged please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a solution. 

We do have some special terms and conditions which apply to returns/exchanges:

• All items must be in the original condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached.

• For Hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns or exchanges of pierced jewellery.

• You must notify us at genevieve1@xtra.co.nz to advise us of the exchange/return within 24 hours of receiving your product. 

• All returns must be on their way back to Genevieves within 48 hours of receiving your order, and must be received back at our physical address within 7 days.

• The costs and risks associated with return cartage is the responsibility of the customer and must be returned by tracked courier.
